If you are planning an event and feeling overwhelmed, stuck or just unsure, tag us in to help bring your workshop, panel, networking mixer, pop-up, or even virtual experience from idea to execution. We offer two levels of support depending on where you are in your planning process: - Event Strategy Session ($75) Perfect for clients who need clarity, structure, and direction. In this 60 minute virtual session, we will: - Refine your event concept and goals - Build a clear event flow and structure - Discuss vendor and logistics needs - Outline marketing and flyer direction - Share content and engagement ideas - Identify your next steps for execution This is a strategy-focused session only and does not include hands-on execution. --- Event Launch Support Package ($200) Perfect for clients who want help bringing their event to life. This package includes everything in the strategy session, plus additional support such as: - Event flyer creation guidance or support - Vendor coordination assistance - Event timeline and checklist development - Promotion and rollout strategy - Light ongoing support during your planning window (7–14 days) This is a collaborative support package designed to help you stay organized and execute your event successfully without doing it alone. --- All services are non-refundable once booked but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
