Service Description
Our event space is designed for networking events, workshops, panels, trainings, pop-ups, and community gatherings. With a flexible layout and modern amenities, the space can be fully customized to match the vision of your event. Our space is 1,530 sq feet with about 1,000 sq ft dedicated to the event space, comfortably accommodating up to 100 guests depending on layout, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger community experiences. Included with your rental: - Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and high-speed Wi-Fi - Flexible seating and layout options you can arrange to fit your event - Ability to bring your own catering and preferred vendors - Complimentary setup time (1 hour) and cleanup time (30 minutes) - Your event featured on our website and in-space digital displays Event Packages: Starter Event (2 Hours) $300 Ideal for pop-ups, short workshops, panels, and focused gatherings. Standard Event (4 Hours) $500 Our most popular option. Perfect for networking events, trainings, and community experiences that need setup, flow, and engagement time. Full Experience (8 Hours) $950 Designed for full-day events, conferences, retreats, and multi-session programming. Add additional time is available at $100 per hour. Booking: Once your booking request is accepted, you'll receive a pay link for the 50% non-refundable deposit, this is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event. Optional Add-On: Event Planning Assistance: We'll meet virtually and assist with your basic event prep. This includes flyer creation and assistance with vendors, catering, DJs, and event logistics. While not full-service planning, this support helps you organize your event with confidence. Cancellation Policy
Event Space Terms & Conditions This is a summary of our Event Space Terms & Conditions and is not the complete agreement. By booking your event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing the full Terms & Conditions, which are provided in your booking confirmation email and available on the event booking page of our website. Your payment confirms your agreement to those terms. Payment: • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. • The remaining balance and $150 security deposit are due at least five (5) days before your event. Complimentary & Membership Bookings • Complimentary reservations (including membership bookings, partnerships, sponsorships, barters, or promotional bookings) are subject to availability and may be rescheduled if necessary to accommodate a paid reservation. • Complimentary member bookings require an active membership through the event date. If your membership is canceled before your event, Co-Space may cancel the reservation or require payment of the standard rental fee. Cancellations • Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. • Cancellations made fewer than five (5) days before the event are non-refundable. Facility Rules • No smoking, vaping, hookah, candles, grills, or open flames. • Use painter's tape only. No nails, screws, staples, glue, or anything that may damage the space. • Furniture may be rearranged but must be returned before your reservation ends. • Co-Space furniture and equipment may not be removed from the building. Clean-Up • Leave the space clean, reset, and free of trash. • Additional cleaning or damage charges may be deducted from your security deposit. Alcohol If alcohol is served, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and for the conduct of your guests. Responsibility You are responsible for your guests, vendors, and anyone attending your event. By booking, you agree to use the facility responsibly and accept responsibility for any damages or claims arising from your event.
