What’s included in the rental fee? Full space access, furniture, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, TV, and cleaning. 4. What furniture or equipment is available? Tables, chairs, lounge seating, and a TV or projector for visuals. 5. Can I bring decor or move furniture? Yes! Just return furniture to its original spot and avoid nails or glue. 6. Can I bring my own food or drinks? Absolutely! Bring your own or hire your favorite caterer. 7. Do you allow alcohol? Yes, for private events. Please follow local laws and drink responsibly. 8. Do you have a preferred vendor list? We sure do! Ask us for our favorite local businesses, caterers and decorators.

For locations beyond 15 miles, an additional travel fee will be determined based on the distance to the Client's site.

All packages include an initial 1-hour consultation & at least one 15-min virtual check-in. Package 1: Account Overview & Analysis We'll review your IG account and provide a detailed analysis, breakdown & suggested strategy in an emailed report. We'll review during our 1-hr virtual consultation and follow-up via a 15-minute virtual check-in session. Package 2: Analysis & Custom Posting Schedule Package 1 plus we'll create a custom 14-day posting schedule & template for you to follow. This will include detailed descriptions of posts, reels, lives & carousels for you to create, as well as a posting schedule to follow. Package 3: Analysis & Content Creation Package 1 & 2, plus we'll create your content. After we review our suggested posting schedule, we will get to work and create the content for the 14-day schedule based on page analysis. Content will be batched and shared via a cloud service for you to post. All services are non-refundable and are considered redeemed once we begin our consultation. Unredeemed sessions can be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours before our consultation.
