About the event

On October 11th, we honor National Black Girl Day of Rest; a day dedicated to reminding Black women everywhere that rest is not a reward, it’s a right.

This annual day, created by Houston's own Tomeka Casanova, encourages Black women and girls to unplug, restore, and celebrate themselves through intentional rest and self-care. Whether you want to show up for community, or simply show up for yourself, Co-Space is opening its doors as a sanctuary for restoration.

Here’s what to expect:

💻 Free coworking (or not sis, do absolutely nothing, that’s the vibe too)

💆🏾‍♀️Free massages & relaxation stations

🍬 Free treats and goodies
